Terms & Conditions

Reservations can be made by phone, fax, or e-mail. The reservation is held for 10 days until we received 30%initial deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 60 days before departure.

Cancellations
Written cancellation only will be accepted subject to

• Cancellations within 90 days or more prior to departure. We will return the whole deposit amount.
• Cancellations between 60-30 days prior to departure we retain half the total trip cost.
• Cancellations within 30 days or less prior to departure we retain the total cost.

Sailing Times
Departure and Return

• Morning departure for Similan: 08:30 Hrs from Patong/Chalong Pier
• Morning departure for Hin Daeng/Muang: 08:30 from Pat ong Bay
• Morning departure for Phi Phi 09:00 from Patong Bay

Return: 18:00 Hrs to Patong/Chalong Pier
Other sailing times outside the above are subject to negotiation

Included in the price
Prices are in Thai Baht. Prices include the following:

• Packed Lunch, drinking water, coffee/tea, snacks, and fruits whilst on board.
• Tanks, weights, weight belt, Normally 4 dives per day.

Qualified PADI Dive master / Instructor

NOT Included in the price

Marine National Park fees of 200 baht entrance fees plus 200 baht per diver per day. (Prices may change without prior notice from the Thai Forestry department).

• Airport pick up can be arranged at 600 baht per mini van
• Soft drinks and beer are available for sale on board at 20 and 60 baht respectively.

Hotel Bookings

If you have to travel from overseas to join our cruise, we strongly recommend that you arrive at least one day before our departure. Our staff will be happy to assist you with hotel reservations in Phuket.

Equipment Rental & Other Services

Equipment is available for rent, please feel free to make inquiries for any rental equipment or other services that you may need.

An octopus and inflatable surface marker buoy are recommended for all dives

• No spear fishing is allowed.

Insurance and Emergencies

MV Xpress I / Xpress II and MV Velocity is covered by general liabilities and PA insurance. The staff is certified to carry out first aid treatment and the vessel carries comprehensive first aid facilities including approved oxygen kits. Cellular telephone, CB radio and VHF communication systems ensure the vessel is in permanent contact with mainland emergency services and, if needed, helicopter evacuation can he arranged. The nearest decompression chambers in the Andaman Sea area are in Phuket and in the Gulf in Bangkok and Sattahip near Pattaya.

The MV Kingfisher Liveaboard Dive Boat

M/V Kingfisher is a purpose built phuket based liveaboard dive boat taking a maximum of 12 persons. Whether it be Similan, Phi Phi or Burma, she's a boat that offers reliability, comfort and great memories.

The boat was designed allowing ample space for leisure and relaxation. The Saloon / TV room can double as a dining room on those odd occasions when the weather is not at its best. The upper deck comprises of a lounge area with a small bar, 50% of which is shaded, allowing for sun bathing or star gazing. The stern area has a large dining area with an equally large dinning table. We feel it is important to get every body together at meal times rather than sub divide. Unequalled is the view, an unobstructed 360 degrees, making for that free open air feeling with every thing at hand. Last but not least all the guests' cabins have air-conditioning.

Note: Similan Islands and Burma National Park fees are not included in the Charter price.
